SPark has been designed to meet diverse needs of demanding clients.

It is a 15 year, £300m development with planning permission for 77,000 sq m (830,000 sq ft) of floorspace. A hotel and conference centre will be developed during the first five years.

A variety of accommodation will be available, from virtual addresses to desks with a full menu of business and administrative support, from dedicated office space to bespoke development plots. The pre-existance of outline planning permission will make the development of dedicated office space and buildings time and cost efficient.

IT and telecommunications needs of the future have been anticipated, including on-site connection to the suprt JANET network.

The Parl will include communal and social spaces through The Forum and Creative Common, both designed to encourage networking and collaboration. B

ristol and Bath's largest employers, including Rolls Royce, Hewlett Packard, BAE Systems, GKN, Airbus, the MOD and the North Bristol NHS Trust are located within a few miles of SPark, making it an ideal corporate location.
